Shipping Policy
So you live out of the state? Not a problem! I work with many reliable shippers and have in-depth experience shipping to over 17 states within the United States. Additionally, I have shipped twice out of the country. Should you have any questions regarding shipping please don't hesitate to reach out!
Shipping Policy - the basics
Once an item has been purchased, shipping will be booked. The item to be shipped must be paid for in whole before the shipper is booked and picks up the item for shipping. I always insure my shipments so should anything get damaged during transport, you will be able to rest assured that the item will be reimbursed through shipping insurance.

Because every item in my shop is vintage it is natural for pieces to have minor wear due to the life of the piece. I always will be extremely transparent with you if there is any damage or if there are any noticeable flaws. This will all be expressed to any potential client through a description and through photographs. I unfortunately cannot accept returns on any out-of-state purchases once the item has been scheduled for delivery. I will always do my best to be transparent from the get-go though so that there will not be any surprises.
When to Expect Your Shipment
Generally speaking, shipping can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. This all depends upon your location, the item purchased, the schedule of my shippers, etc. Let it be noted that once the item is in the hands of the shipper I then coordinate the shipper to you directly. I ensure open communication between the shipper and yourself and I continue to work with you and the shipper to make sure the delivery is as swift and easy as possible. I will say, sometimes accidents do happen with shippers (they drive SO much) such as a flat tire or mechanical issues with their vehicle... that's life. It doesn't happen often but when and if it does I just ask that you grant understanding. Thank you!!
