Who wants to go swimming every day?! I know I do! I want to throw on my swimsuit and feel the waves of the ocean lapping all around me as the sun beats down on my sea salted skin. I want Vitamin D from the rays of the 🌞 to soak into every pore and vessel of my body and soul. I want to think of that feeling every day by looking at this painting. This painting is pure happiness to me. And I think that’s a hard thing to convey in an abstracted representational painting such as this piece and to do it as successfully as this painting does. I had to post this the following day from the previous painting I posted because the paint application is so similar but they were painted by two totally different artists and from two different decades, too.
